If you are thinking to buy a eternal rose you are in the best place, of that there is no doubt, but it is possible that before making the purchase you have several doubts. In this page, we have compiled the main questions that our clients ask us, so take a look and if something does not fit, you know where we are.

Before placing your order

Here you will find all the doubts that may arise before making the purchase with us. We will help you solve the main problems:

How long will it take for my rose to arrive?

In general, whenever there is stock, roses take 24-72 hours to arrive at destination, depending on the selected shipment. You can choose the shipping method that suits you best, either the free 2-3 working days or the express 24 working hours, if requested before 12.00 noon. Give it a go!

Can I order one of your roses if I live outside of UK?

Of course, you can place your order wherever you are, our shipments are worldwide and we can take the rose to wherever you are. However, our shipping rates are valid for the UK, for the rest of the locations we need to quote it. Ask us for a quote without obligation!

Can you send a personalized note with my order?

Yes! In fact, on each product page you will find a field that you can optionally customize for us to add a note. This note will be written by hand and on colored paper, don’t worry! It will be a beautiful note.

Can I wrap it for a gift?

Yes, you just have to ask us. You will have to see if you like our wrapping paper!

Do other flowers have a minimum order?

Yes, in some preserved flowers, we have minimum purchase prices. Not the case for roses, you can buy whatever rose you want and have free shipping. If the system does not show you the free shipping it may be because you have not reached the minimum of 16€.

What happens if the order arrive later than estimated?

We are not responsible for the errors of the transport agencies, we send the packages at 17.00 in the afternoon every day, but due to any other issue that does not have to do with us, it may take longer. If you feel the urge, consider the time available that you have, before placing the order.

Can I contact you in some way?

After placing the order

Yes, you have already placed the order, but you still have some doubts. Here we will give you all the solutions.

How can I track my order?

If you have left us a phone number, you will receive an SMS as soon as the delivery company picks up the order, which usually happens during the same afternoon. In it you will find the necessary information to track your order and know where it is.

I had asked for a dome with lights but the lights did not arrived.

Do not worry, I’m sure they are. The fact is that for fear that the flower may have some cut by the led cable we set it apart. You will find a small package with the LEDs inside, they are very easy to place.

What care should I have?

Our preserved flowers have a great resistance to the passage of time, that is why you should not do much, nevertheless we have created a post in which we explain the necessary care.
